Week 10: Sidekick Character Design, Mechanics in Unity, and Environment Design in Unity

This week we all cracked down on the large components of our project that needed to be completed before we start assembling our first level in Unity. Quinn took on modelling our sidekick character (Frend) in Z-Brush and Maya, while other members of the team worked on the overall look and feel with lighting in Unity. Some of us worked on also finishing up some additional models, while Minh got the mechanic of picking up and throwing objects working within Unity using the Oculus controls. We also spent a lot of time in VR working on testing our scaling, lighting, and controls.
